Positive Solutions Workshop Series

Where: SMK Elementary School
When: Tuesday, February 12,2019
Time: 8:45 - 10:00 a.m.
Who: Families with children Birth - 3rd grade

**Coffee and a Light Breakfast will be served.
Child Care will be provided.


The 21st Century Community Learning Center
SMK After School Program

Program goals:  The SMK After School Program is structured to provide students with additional learning and enrichment opportunities. It is the programs desire to increase comprehension in mathematics, English language arts, science, and social studies.

Program Daily Schedule:
3:15-3:25  Snack
3:25-3:50  Homework
3:50-4:15  Recess
4:15-5:30  Enrichment Activities
5:30-5:40 Parent Pick-up

**Acceptance into the program is determined by grant criteria. Completing the registration form does not guarantee enrollment. Please be aware that this program will not be able to accept every applicant. For those applicants not accepted they will be added to a waitlist.



All  Students, including Kindergarten Students will need
the following documentation prior to starting the school year:

Proof of Residency
Ware Public Schools Entrance Form

 Emergency Form
Birth Certificate
Health Form
First Student Bus Information 



Box Tops for Education

Box Tops
 At SMK we are collecting Box Tops and by doing so we are able to provide many new items that support our work here at SMK.  Sending them in is easy. Simply cut them out and send them to school with your child by placing them in a small lunch or plastic bag!
