Principal Pamela Iwasinski

Principal“Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.."

Mrs. PutnamMy name is Caissie Putnam and I am very happy to join Ware Public Schools as the Assistant Principal at Stanley M. Koziol Elementary School.  I am very passionate about education and look forward to partnering with the school community to provide students with an engaging and high-quality education. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students where they feel valued.

My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Keene State College in Keene, NH and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education in Indianapolis, IN.  For the past 11 years, I have worked for the Greenfield Public School district.  I started as a preschool teacher and for the past two years served as the Principal at the Discovery School at Four Corners, one of three elementary schools in Greenfield.

On a more personal note, I live in Wendell, MA with my husband Dan, and my two children Ruby, 10 and Max, 6.  As a family, we love to spend time at the beach , swimming, and boating during the warm weather months, and we enjoy hiking and sledding in the winter months.  We also love to spend time with friends and family whenever time allows.
