Registration for Kindergarten at SMK Elementary School for the academic year 2024-2025 is open online starting Monday, April 1, 2024.
To register your child, please visit
https://ezschoolenroll.com/login.aspx and complete the registration process. Please make sure to submit the required documents, including a copy of your child's birth certificate, current physical exam, immunization record, and proof of residency.

To submit the required documents, please drop them off at Central Office from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can also drop them off using the white lock box outside of the SMK main office door, which is labeled, "Kindergarten Registration Documents."
